Four phases of grading submission
1 - Pre-season
Choose your service level, create your card log (optional), package your cards, ship to us.
2 - Pre-Game
Card Check-In at our facility with multiple optional services like Card Logging, Rehousing, and Pre-Grade Condition Review
3- Game TIme
4 - Post Game
Regular communication while cards are at the PSA grading facility
Return process including final invoice, grade reveal, and secure shipping or local pickup.
🏋️ Pre-Season: Preparing Your Submission
Step One:
Choose Your Cards
Review your cards and decide which ones you’d like to submit for grading during your first submission. Frequent candidates are your most valuable raw cards (rookies, best players, etc) combined with those in the best condition. For best results choose cards with clean corners & edges, great centering (L to R and Top to Bottom), and no surface issues.
Step Four:
Prepare for Shipping/Drop Off
Place each of your cards in a soft penny sleeve, then place those into a Card Saver I or equivalent. If you only have top loaders (hard plastic cases), we can re-sleeve into Card Savers for a small fee per card.
Bundle ~20 cards or so between two hard pieces of card board, then rubberband them L-R and Top to Bottom. Bubble wrap these Cardboard “bricks” and place in a safe shipping box. Fill empty space with bubble wrap or packing paper.
Finally, place your order # inside your package and seal the box.
Step 2:
Group Cards by Service Level
Research a potential value of each card to decide on a Declared Value using Sold listings on eBay. Don’t worry if it’s not perfect, just do your best.
Using this information, review our Comparison Chart and put your cards in piles by Service Level.
Step Five:
Ship or Schedule Drop Off

Step 3:
Submit our Order Form for Each Service Level
Click the button below and submit the required information for each Service Level. You will need to submit a separate order for each service level, as that is how cards will need to be shipped out to PSA.
Step Six:
Pay Your Invoice
Upon receipt of your cards, we will review the order and prepare the cards for submission.
We will invoice you at this time with instruction for payment.

Step One:
CARD CHECK-IN
We will verify and review your submission upon arrival to our HQ.
Step Four:
pre-grading service
If selected, our team offers Pre-Grading Service, examination of each card’s characteristics and will provide you with a Send or Hold Recommendation

Step 2:
card-logging service
We will review your Card Log Form for each Service level, or we offer to do this for you for $2/card.
Step Five:
final inspection
Our team will ensure all cards are in order, encased correctly, and carefully packaged for the trip to PSA.
Step 3:
rehousing service
We will ensure your cards are housed properly for PSA submission, which should be a penny sleeve, inside a semi-rigid holder (Card Saver I or equivalent). No tape, top loaders, or other items. Cards should be packed in order to match the submission form.
Our team provides a Rehousing Service to match the above for $0.50/card for any cards that don’t align with these standards.
Step Six:
shipping to psa
Our team will handle insured shipping to PSA at no expense to you the customer. You just sit back, relax, and wait for the grades to arrive!
